Punishment of criminal conspiracy

1. Punishment – same as for abetment of the offence which is the object of the conspiracy-According as the offence which is the object of the conspiracy is cognizable or non-cognizable-According as the offence which is object of conspiracy is bailable or non-bailable – Triable by Court by which abetment of the offence which is the object of conspiracy is triable-non-compoundable

2.Punishment – Imprisonment for six months or fine , or both-Non-cognizable-bailable Triable by Magistrate of the first class Non compoundable.

Waging or attempting to wage war or abetting waging of war against the Government of India

Collecting arms etc. with intention of waging war against the Government of India

Concealing with intent to facilitate design to wage war

Knowingly joining or continuing in assembly of five or more persons after it has been commanded to disperse
