સદર હું કેસ સંદર્ભે નામદાર કોર્ટમાં આજરોજ ઠરાવ હોય, સદર કામના આરોપી / ફરિયાદી તરફે નમ્ર અરજ કરી જણાવવાનું કે 

સદર કામના આરોપી / ફરિયાદી અનિવાર્ય કારણોસર (કોર્ટમાં નહીં આવવાનું કારણ। દા.ત.બીમાર હોય, કોઈ જરૂરી કામથી બહાર ગયેલ હોય, વગેરે ) બહાર ગયેલ હોવાથી નામદાર કોર્ટમાં હાજર રહી શકેલ નથી જેથી આપ નામદાર સાહેબને નમ્ર અરજ કરવાની કે સરકામના આરોપી / ફરિયાદીને આજરોજની હાજરીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવા ન્યાયના વિશાળ યોગ્ય હુકમ કરવા મહેરબાની કરશોજી
