Gift Deed Format For Money Transfer

I, Bhavanbhai M Koladiya s/o Sh. Manjibhai Koladiya, aged 65 years, residing at Dist.- Surat. do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as follows:-
- That out of love and affection that I bear towards my Son Bhargav Bhavanbhai Koladiya residing at Varachha, Surat, has made a gift of Rs. 1,45,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty-five Thousand only) on 26/04/2020.
- That the said amount of Rs. 1,45,000/- was paid by me by an account payee Demand draft no. 000777 dt. 26/04/2020 through State bank of India Varachha Branch.
- That the said the gift was duly accepted by the said donee.
- That the said donee shall have the absolute title and ownership in the said gifted sum of Rs. 1,45,000/- and I shall have no right, title or interest therein.
- I have made the declaration to record the facts of the gift made by me and to avoid any dispute in respect thereof at any future date.
- That the above a statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
