વ્યક્તિ એક કોમ્પ્યુટર સંસાધન અથવા કમ્યુનિકેશન સાધનની મદદથી કોઈને છેતરે

સજા : 3 વર્ષ કેદ અથવા 1,00,000 રૂપિયા દંડ

કલમ – 66 ઈ – Section 66E

Imprisonment which may
extend to three years or with fine not exceeding two lakh rupees, or with both

માહિતી ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક સ્વરૂપમાં પ્રકાશિત કરવી

સજા : ત્રણ / 5 વર્ષ કેદ
અથવા 5,00,000 / 10,00,000 રૂપિયા દંડ
