Sections 366A, 366B, 372, 373 Indian Penal Code 1860
Immoral Business: –
If a person buys or sells any girl for prostitution, he will be punished with imprisonment for up to ten years and a fine.
Prevention of Immoral Business Act, 1956
If a person buys, sells, seduces or makes available to a person for prostitution, he will be punished with imprisonment ranging from three to fourteen years and a fine.
Section 366A Indian Penal Code: –
Under IPC section 366A, the girl who is not covered is told about gratuity. IPC Section 372 Indian Penal Code: –
Provides for the sale of nonrefundable for the purpose of prostitution etc. Under it, it is said that anyone who is under 18 years of age with the intention of bringing or using such a person for committing sexual intercourse or for any unlawful or misconduct purpose of knowing that it is possible That such a person shall be employed for any such purpose at any age, or will be consumed, sold, let out or otherwise spent, with imprisonment of either type for a term which may extend to ten years. , Will be punished and will also be punished with a fine.
(2 Explanations are given under Section 6. Explanation 1 states that while a woman under eighteen years of age should be sold to a prostitute, or to another the person who runs or manages a prostitute, If hired or otherwise disposed of, then the person thus disposing of such woman, unless proved to be counterproductive, shall be presumed to have disposed of her with the intention of prostitution. Explanation-2, for the purposes of this section, means intercourse in persons who are not united by marriage, or by any such association or bond which although in the category of marriage shall be used for the purposes of this section. IPC Section 373 Indian Penal Code: –

Under the clarification of this section, it is said that a woman who is under eighteen years of age, who is buying, hiring, or otherwise capturing her, is not proved to be counterproductive, it will be presumed that she took possession of such a woman. Means that it will be consumed for the purposes of prostitution.
