Immoral Business: –

If a person buys or sells any girl for prostitution, he will be punished with imprisonment for up to ten years and a fine.

Prevention of Immoral Business Act, 1956

If a person buys, sells, seduces or makes available to a person for prostitution, he will be punished with imprisonment ranging from three to fourteen years and a fine.

Section 366A Indian Penal Code: –

(2 Explanations are given under Section 6. Means that it will be consumed for the purposes of prostitution.
