R E N T   D E E D / RENT AGREEMENT

THIS RENT DEED IS MADE AT
SURAT ON 28^th  DAY OF MAY, 2013.

hereinafter referred to as the
party of the second part.

 

We the aforesaid parties hereby
entered into rent contract. The terms & conditions of the said contract
will be as follows:

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

[1] The place for which this contract of Rent is made, is
situated at ____________________________________________________, W.I.F,   /   /20___.

 

[2] The party of the second part
has to pay a monthly rent of Rs. ________/- (Rupees  ______ Thousand only ) to party of the first
part.

 

[3] The payment of the deposit
for Rs. ________/- ( Rupees ______ Thousand 
only ) is to be made by the party of the second part to the party of the first part. 

 

[4] The said property can be used
by the tenant (party of the second part) for resident purposes.

 

[5]  The party of the second part will have full right
to use power connection. But power bill is to be paid off in full by the same
from the date of this contract.

 

[6] This Rent contract is made
for a period of 11 Month. And the owner (Party of the first part) can not force
for the vacation of the said place until the expiry of 
11 months from the date of this contract. But, the tenant can vacate the
said place with the prior notice of 1 month

 

[7] If there will be any damage
to the aforesaid rental property then the tenant (party of the second part) has
to repair it and the cost of repairing is to be borne by the tenant.

 

The aforesaid terms &
conditions are binding to both the parties and this Rent contract is made with
complete presence of mind without any coercion.
